Rapide spindle and hydraulic oil are premium high-performance industrial-grade spindle lubrication systems suitable for a range of lubrication of high-speed machine spindles. This slideway and spindle lubrication system contains a special mixture of premium low-viscosity base oils and additive packages that offer a high level of oxidation stability, and prevention from rust, corrosion, and oil-foaming. This high-accuracy spindle lubricant is designed to be compatible with a range of industrial precision machine tools, high-speed spindles, some specific hydraulic, circulation systems, and airline oilers as indicated by the machine manufacturers’ requirements.       

Applications

This spindle lubrication oil is suitable for the lubrication of a diverse range of high-speed industrial spindle bearings and machine tools subjected to high-speeds and accuracy requirements. Further, this slideway, spindle, and hydrualic lubrication system is also suitable for industrial applications such as precision grinders, lathes, jig borers, and tracer mechanisms.

 

Note: This product is not intended to be used in sleeve-type spindle bearings having greater clearances and varying oil-viscosity requirements. We recommend Rapide Spindle oil ISO VG 2 for spindle bearing operating in intensively closed clearances also known as zero-clearance.
